  • Behavioral Information — Information automatically collected when you use the site, including areas of the site you visit, services you engage with, and information about your computer hardware and software, including your IP address, geographic location, browser preference, operating system type, domain names, and times that you access the site. If we are able to identify you through this information, it is Personal Information.
  • Demographic Information — Information referring to selected population characteristics such as zip code, financial profile data, and online interests. When we can identify you through this information, it is Personal Information.
  • Third-Party Information — Information about you that we may acquire from a third party, which could include personal, demographic, behavioral, and indirect information, including but not limited to first-party cookies, third-party cookies, anonymous cookies, persistent identifiers, email opt-in records, and search engine keywords.
  • Web Technology Information — This may be personal or non-personal information collected by us or by third parties under contract with us. We use ActiveProspect's TrustedForm Script to independently document users' consent to be contacted. The TrustedForm Script is embedded on this website and collects the following information when you interact with the page(s) where the script is present: page URL, mouse movements and clicks, contact information inputted by the user, a snapshot of the page, including IP address of the user's computer, time on the page, date and time the TrustedForm Script was loaded, and HTTP headers from the user's browser. 2. Cookies, Tracking Data, and Technology Used

Cookies, tracking data, and other technologies may be used by us or by third parties on this site to collect web technology information, identify files on your computer, and record your preferences and other data about your visit.

  • Third-party tracking technologies, including ActiveProspect TrustedForm, are used to collect web technology information, including IP address, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exiting web pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and mouse/clickstream data.

  • 9. Storage and Security

No security measures are perfect or 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to or from our services. Please do not communicate sensitive information to us through unsecured channels.
